ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the distance sales and delivery of the products sold by the Seller through the Valeriza.com website to the Buyer.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PAYMENT
3.1. Product Information:

The type and kind of product, brand/model, quantity, color and sales price including all taxes are specified at the ordering stage.
3.2. Payment:

The buyer purchases the product by paying using one of the methods specified on the payment page.

The order will not be confirmed and shipped until the payment process is completed.
ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY AND CARGO POLICY
4.1. Shipping Time and Delivery

The seller prepares the order and delivers it to the cargo within 1-3 business days .

The order takes between 7-14 business days to reach the Buyer .
4.2. Delivery Address and Buyer's Obligations

The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order .

The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address specification.
4.3. Damaged Product and Cargo Problems

The buyer is responsible for checking the cargo package when receiving the product.

In case of damaged or missing products, a report must be drawn up by the cargo officer and reported to the Seller within 24 hours .

Damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged without a report being kept.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL
5.1. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal only applies after the order has been delivered . The order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped.
5.2. Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

The buyer must initiate the return request by notifying support@valeriza.com .

Return shipping costs will be covered by the Buyer.
5.3. Non-Returnable Products

Products that are used, damaged or cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

If the buyer uses the product before the withdrawal period expires, he loses his right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 6 - DISCLAIMER

The seller is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the product .

The seller does not accept any liability for any errors or incorrect information that may occur in the content of the website.
ARTICLE 7 - FORCE MAJEURE

In case of delay or cancellation of orders due to force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, government decisions, the Seller assumes no liability.
ARTICLE 8 - DISPUTES AND COMPETENT COURT

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul (Büyükçekmece) Courts have jurisdiction over disputes that may arise from this contract.
ARTICLE 9 - ENFORCEMENT

By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
