1. Shipping Process
As Valeriza, we prepare and deliver your orders within 1-3 business days. After the shipping process is completed, your order is expected to reach you within 7-14 business days within Turkey. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company used and your delivery address.
2. Overseas Sales
Valeriza currently only sells within Türkiye. There is no shipping abroad. If there is a change in the future for our international customers, the relevant information will be announced on our website.
3. Cargo Damage and Delivery
When your cargo is delivered, please check the status of your package. If cargo damage is detected, you must file a report with the cargo officer. In such cases, you can contact us with the damage report. As Valeriza, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during cargo. However, if damage is detected and the necessary reports are provided, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
4. Shipping Address and Wrong Deliveries
When placing your orders, make sure that you enter your delivery address correctly and completely. Valeriza does not accept responsibility for delivery problems that may arise from incorrect or incomplete address information. In case of delivery problems due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the resending fee.
5. Cargo Tracking
All your orders are sent a tracking number when the shipping process is completed. With this number, you can track the status of your order on the official website of the shipping company.
