RETURN POLICY

1. Right to Return and Conditions
Valeriza values ​​customer satisfaction and offers a 14-day return policy for your orders.

  • The right to return begins after the order is delivered to the customer .

  • The order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped , but it can be returned after it has been received.

  • The product to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition .

  • To initiate the return process, you must contact us at destek@valeriza.com .

2. Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used, damaged or its original packaging has been opened

  • If the customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been shipped,

  • Products that are custom-made or cannot be returned due to hygiene rules (for example, underwear products)

3. Return Process and Refund

  • After your return request is approved, you must send the product to us via our contracted cargo company (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).

  • When the product reaches us, it is examined within 5 business days to check whether it complies with the return conditions .

  • For approved returns, the fee will be refunded to the same method of payment within 7-10 business days .

  • Shipping fees and additional service fees (cash on delivery, express shipping, etc.) are not refundable .

4. Change Policy
You can contact us for product changes. The current product must be shipped to our address and the new product must be ordered.
