RETURN POLICY
1. Right to Return and Conditions
Valeriza values customer satisfaction and offers a 14-day return policy for your orders.

The right to return begins after the order is delivered to the customer .

The order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped , but it can be returned after it has been received.

The product to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition .

2. Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

If the product has been used, damaged or its original packaging has been opened

If the customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been shipped,

Products that are custom-made or cannot be returned due to hygiene rules (for example, underwear products)
3. Return Process and Refund

After your return request is approved, you must send the product to us via our contracted cargo company (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).

When the product reaches us, it is examined within 5 business days to check whether it complies with the return conditions .

For approved returns, the fee will be refunded to the same method of payment within 7-10 business days .

Shipping fees and additional service fees (cash on delivery, express shipping, etc.) are not refundable .
4. Change Policy
You can contact us for product changes. The current product must be shipped to our address and the new product must be ordered.
