  • Valeriza is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or recipient information.

5. Product Return and Exchange Policy

  • Product returns can be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Products damaged as a result of user error cannot be returned.
